Our finance team works with over a dozen lenders to find the best loan for your situation. We offer FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and in-house financing options. Most pre-approvals take just 24 hours. We'll explain all your options clearly โ no hidden fees, no surprises.
Step 3: Customize Your Home
Choose your exterior colors, interior finishes, countertops, cabinets, flooring, and appliances. Want to add a fireplace, upgrade the master bath, or change the kitchen layout? We work directly with the factory to make your home uniquely yours.
Step 4: Site Prep & Delivery
While your home is being built at the factory (typically 8-12 weeks), our installation team prepares your site. We coordinate all permits, pour the foundation, run utilities, and schedule delivery. On delivery day, our crew carefully places and assembles your home on-site.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Move In
Once installation is complete, we schedule a thorough walkthrough where we test every system, explain maintenance, and hand over your keys. Congratulations โ welcome home! Our warranty and service team is just a phone call away if you ever need us.
